Order Q&A
• Order Status
Click "My Account / My Orders" to check your order status. It will show pending, processing, or complete for waiting payment, distribution, or shipped status.
• My order never arrived.
Ensure all items have shipped. Check with the carrier to confirm delivery. If all packages show "delivered" but you haven’t received them, contact customer service for assistance.
• When will my backorder arrive?
Backordered items will ship once suppliers restock them. You’ll be notified as soon as they are available.
My Account
• How do I create an account?
Click "Login" at the top right, then select “Create Account” and follow the prompts. Your information is private and never sold. See our Privacy Policy for details.
• How do I edit my account information?
Go to "My Account / Account Information" to edit your details or change your password.
• How much is my shipping?
Shipping cost is automatically calculated during checkout based on your selected method and location.
• I forgot my password.
Click "Login" then "Forgot your password?". Enter your email to receive a reset link.
• I received the wrong product.
Please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product. See our Return & Exchange Policy for details.
• When will my order ship?
Check item pages for availability. After placing your order, visit "My Account / My Orders" to track it. Shipment confirmation and tracking details will be sent within 24 hours of dispatch.
International Shipping
• Do you ship to my country?
Create an account and check the available countries list. If your country isn’t listed, we currently don’t ship there.
• What are my payment choices?
Choose from our available payment options at checkout. Orders ship after payment is received.
• When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders are shipped shortly after payment is confirmed.
